1. Refunds:

We offer refunds for our services in specific circumstances:

- If we are unable to fulfill the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues, we will provide a full refund for the month of service.

- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Leonard.Bici@salt43.com within 14 days of the service purchase.

- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval.

2. Cancellations:

- Clients can request to cancel our services at any time.

- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Leonard.Bici@salt43.com.

- If a cancellation request is made before any work has been initiated, a full refund will be provided. If a cancellation request is made after work has commenced, any fees for work already completed will be deducted from the refund amount.
